EVP Staffing Solutions & Chief Revenue Officer
Dominic Symes is the Executive Vice President of Staffing Solutions and Chief Revenue Officer for HealthTech. He brings 23 years as CXO, CMO, & CEO positions in marketing, consumer, and technology industries. He has served on the leadership teams of Saatchi & Saatchi and The Omnicom Group.
While at Omnicom, Dominic was the Co-CEO of a marketing services agency with responsibility for strategic planning, creative development, client satisfaction, new business, and digital product development. He served as client lead for Novartis, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Lexus and Toyota.

Elrene Clinkscales is the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Services with the added responsibility of Central Business Office Operations in addition to Client Services and Technology Development and Implementation. Ms. Clinkscales has been essential in upholding a strong customer service model and ensuring that we provide quality service to our clients. Ms. Clinkscales has over 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Operations to include process improvement and technical integrations. She is a change agent and collaborator who works closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes and technology. Her expertise in process improvements has led to significant financial gains and streamlined workflows.
Previously, Ms. Clinkscales led Six Sigma Process Improvement initiatives for CHRISTUS Health Corporate Revenue Cycle with successes in reducing account receivables days, decrease in denials and standardizing six sigma methodologies across the regions. Ms. Clinkscales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. She has a dedication to financial integrity in our organization fostering a culture of continuous improvement that leads to excellence.
VP Revenue Integrity
Robert Reinhardt is the VP of Revenue Integrity Data Services at HealthTech. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Robert is a data-driven healthcare leader who excels in leveraging technology to enhance revenue cycle, operational, clinical, and financial analytics and outcomes.
Robert served as VP of Revenue Integrity at Steward Healthcare and VP of Business Intelligence at IASIS Healthcare. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.
